Bruschetta with red pesto, fried anchovies and feta

RECIPE FOR 2 PEOPLE: 
135 g of PURO Red Pesto
20 fresh anchovies
Feta cutted into cubes
3/4 spoons of breadcrumbs
Frying oil
3/4 slices of bread for bruschetta
Fresh basil

HOW TO PREPARE IT:

Cut the bread into small squares for bruschetta and toast it in a non- stick pan.
Clean the anchovies, put them in the breadcrumbs and fry in boiling oil.
Spread a tablespoon of red pesto on each piece of bread. Then put a fried anchovy and a piece of feta on each piece of bread and compose your special bruschetta.
Decorate with a leaf of fresh basil.
