Veg taco with bread-ball with pesto

RECIPE FOR 2 PEOPLE: 

135 g of PURO Vegan Genoese Pesto

4 tacos

Salad to taste

Yellow pepper to taste

Cherry tomatoes to taste

Pesto bread-ball

Bread-ball

4 tablespoons of PURO Vegan Genoese Pesto

1 small onion

200 g of bread of the day before

10 black olives

6 fresh basil leaves

Breadcrumbs

HOW TO PREPARE IT:

Soak the diced bread in a little water. Fry the onion in a pan and after 5 minutes add the olives, leave to cook for a few seconds and add the pesto.
In a cutter put the bread soaked and squeezed, add the mixture of pesto and olives and the basil.
Mix.
Complete with salt and pepper and adjust the consistency with breadcrumbs.
Form the bread-balls and fry them quickly.
Place the bread-balls, the tomatoes, the yellow bell pepper cut into cubes and serve with some pesto used to season.
