Tagliatelle pasta with tomato sauce with truffle

RECIPE FOR 2 PEOPLE: 

135 g of PURO Tomato Sauce with Truffle

400 g of potatoes

25 ml of milk

1 knob of butter

Parsley

1 a pinch of nutmeg

A spoon of EVO oil

Salt and pepper

HOW TO PREPARE IT:
Boil the potatoes. After about 30 minutes, drain and mash. Add the milk and butter to the mashed potatoes and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Put the puree in an oven dish, press it and let it cool in the refrigerator.
Put the puree in the oven and grill while preparing the sauce. In a small frying pan, heat the truffle sauce over a low heat.
Complete the dish with the hot puree, pour the sauce and add the parsley at taste. If you want, add a little EVO oil.
