However, in this test I’d give the advantage to Bitdefender because of its superior performance in the AV Comparatives’ Performance Test, which tests how much impact security software can have on a computer’s speed. Bitdefender was the only competitor to pass the test with a perfect score, while Avira came in at just a few points behind.
